The Merseyside Higher Education Conference 2012, in association with UCAS and supported by HELOA takes place at the University of Liverpool
on Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th June
Visitors will be able to speak to the 116 exhibitors - mainly universities, but with some employers too - and attend up to 4 of the 49 seminars talks.
Every year we survey the views of the visiting universities and in 2011 In answer to the question ‘Were the students well prepared?’
many university delegates responded with comments such as:
- ‘It was great to see students had prepared for the event’ (Blackpool and the Flyde College)
- The students asked ‘lots of good questions’ (University of Cambridge)
- ‘Yes, probably one of the best events for this.’ (University of Sheffield)
Delegates had kind words too about the organisation and delivery of the event. Swansea University said it had been ‘superb’ while a first time visitor from the University of New Brunswick in Canada wrote’ everyone has been kind, helpful and lovely. Just please invite me again next year.’
